Line dancing at Askennonia is a good form of exercise for the mind and body. There are usually 50 women & men who take part and enjoy dancing to many different genres of music; Modern, Celtic, Country, Latin, etc.

Tai Chi at Askennonia is an awesome exercise for you mind and body, it vastly improves concentration and balance.
