Step Class is now on Wed at 9 am in the gym. Join Holly for this fun, effective class!


Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. It enhances general health and fitness by increasing strength and cardiovascular ability. Several popular classic songs are included in the routine for added entertainment.


You will need a yoga mat, and if you have your own step please bring it along.

All members are welcome. Cost $3.50/class using our fitness card (available at reception).

Comm Hall with Holly


Our certified Zumba instructor leads this Latin-inspired exercise class. Get in shape, have a blast, and dance your cares away.




Come play table tennis.

Rules and paddles provided.
